• Logon to tumblr dashboard and click on profile button that you can see right top corner with head symbol
• Now go through settings from the drop down menu
• Now choose any blog which you want to change theme or template
• Now click on edit theme that you can see under the username section
• Open browse themes, that will come in the left side menu, choose free themes and select any one theme which suits to your tumblr blog (you can purchase from premium themes if you want)
