We can delete or remove Users from Google Search Console or webmaster tools if you gave access earlier to manage your search console. It is useful to manage your webmaster tools and website access is safe in your hands if you have contorl of user admins of your search console account. Remove User from Webmaster tools
- Go though webmaster tools
- Open Settings from left side menu
- Go to users and permissions
- click on 3 dot icon on user which you want to delete
- you can remove user
